Real Estate

We represent clients in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions (leases and acquisitions), as well as associated financing and ownership structuring involving a broad range of business sectors, including energy, hospitality, retail, commercial and residential real estate, medical supplies, biotechnology and technology.

Cross Border/International Transactions and Compliance

We advise and counsel clients of international and domestic public companies (large, mid-sized, and emerging businesses) on multinational transactions in more than 170 countries. In addition, we assist companies in navigating the international trade landscape, including matters related to anti-dumping/countervailing duties, customs, sanctions, export controls (ITAR and EAR compliance), anti-boycott, and anti-corruption/anti-bribery and anti-money laundering.

Foreign Ownership, Control, Or Influence (FOCI)/ Committee On Foreign Investment In The United States (CFIUS)

We provide a broad range of counseling and advice to foreign entities doing business in the U.S. on investment in the United States (CIFIUS) and measures to mitigate foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI mitigation).
