We advise and counsel on a range of investment transactions, including initial public offerings (IPO) and other registered and underwritten public offerings, and private placements. Cross Border/International Transactions and Compliance

Foreign Ownership, Control, Or Influence (FOCI)/ Committee On Foreign Investment In The United States (CFIUS)

We provide a broad range of counseling and advice to foreign entities doing business in the U.S. on investment in the United States (CIFIUS) and measures to mitigate foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI mitigation).
